" Perfect place to stay after a Safari trip. We stayed here for 3 nights after a trip through the Kruger Park and Swaziland. Gisela is a perfect host, and during the whole stay she was on top of things and she made us feel at home. The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent, the guest house was very comfortable, and we were lucky to also meet and dine with some very nice other guests of the guest house. "

" A very nice stay in a calm beautiful place. I spent a few nights in this guest house with my wife in the beginning of February 2017. The house itself is a really nice place to stay! It is decorated nicely with lots of small details, it has a nice garden and pool to relax. The room was cozy, in good condition and clean as well. The staff was extremely friendly! It really felt like you are visiting someone you have known for a long time, like a dear friend :) We got a good briefing about the things to see and do in St. Lucia. One day we visited Cape Vidal (you should go there, saw about 20 dolphins!) We got towels, snorkels, goggles, sun umbrellas etc. to borrow for free for that day. Breakfast was really good too. "

" Lovely stay, lots of small details and attentions. We stayed 2 nights at Maputaland during our honeymoon in August 2016. Gisela, the owner, was a charming lady, with a lot of humor and good tips concerning the region. For our full day game drive, for which we had to leave at 5am, she even prepared us a full breakfast package in a cooler to take with us, and it was delicious! The decoration of the guest house is made with a lot of art pieces from local artists, and she will gladly tell you more about it if you are interested. All the rooms have a view on the well maintained garden and pool, and the fence around the house protect you from wandering hippo's at night! "
